If you’re in the New York City area on Tuesday evening, we hope you can join us at Fan Letter NYC. The event is being held in conjunction with the book launch of Lettering & Type, by Bruce Willen and Nolen Strals of Post Typography. Twenty-six local, national, and internationally-based designers and artists give a two-minute ode to an alphabet letter or typographic character, and we’ll be talking about the letter Y.

Andy, Holly and I at Rumors are all thrilled to have an intern working with us again this summer. This summer we’re welcoming Zack Seuberling who will be coming in all the way from Ohio. We know many of you have employees/freelancers/interns who might also be new to town, and this would be a great way to everyone to meet each other, and make new friends for the summer. Participants from the exhibition IN REAL LIFE including Art Fag City, Club Internet, Ffffound, The Highlights, Humble Arts Foundation, Platform For Pedagogy, Private Circulation, UbuWeb, Why + Wherefore, and others will collectively discuss the concept of browser as exhibition space.
